Here is Part 2 in a list of some of Miami’s best dining experiences and their private dining options. You’ll find everything from rooms for 10 to others for several hundred, and even buyouts of the entire restaurant. For those of you whose choice will be dictated by the kind of cuisine you’d like as well as the size of the room or restaurant, I’ve indicated cuisine type. For part 1, click here. Happy celebrating!
Make your next meal a VIP experience at COTE, the MICHELIN-starred and James Beard Award-nominated KOREAN STEAKHOUSE™ and book their exclusive private dining room, the PK Room. Considered one of Miami’s hardest reservations to score, COTE offers an intimate space ideal for 10 guests equipped with COTE’s bespoke, state-of-the-art charcoal grills along with a private AV system. Enjoy a MICHELIN-starred experience with a custom-curated menu by Executive Chef David Shim, sip on magnums and capture a ton of Instagram-worthy moments.

Keep calm and party on! This Eastern Mediterranean hotspot, Byblos, doubles down on its intimate experience with their back-room lounge area and private event space. Created to meet the needs of social and corporate occasions Byblos’ private event space features its own private entrance, large bar area and DJ booth with a LED screen backdrop.
Holding a maximum number of 175 people reception style and 60 people seated, the space can be transformed to host an array of events including receptions, seated dinners and private after-parties. Favorite pastime: Celebrity-spotting. It’s rumored Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade hosted Union’s birthday/Halloween bash at the venue a few years ago.
