Okeydokey Miami is a new food hall located in Brickell, Miami. It offers a unique blend of fast-casual and full-service experiences under one roof. The concept was created by cofounder and CEO Stephane Benkemoun, who wanted to transform the food hall fast-casual concept into a more refined experience. Okeydokey aims to provide both a wide variety of food options and the ambiance and quality of a full-service restaurant. The name “Okeydokey” is a universal phrase that represents positivity and is easy to remember. The food hall is located at 268 SW Eighth St. in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, and it features five full-service kitchens on the first floor, one full-service kitchen on the second floor, three bars, and an outdoor patio and bar. The venue also plans to open a third floor for guests 21 and over, which will serve as a late-night entertainment venue with an extensive cocktail program and live music.

Some of the cocktails on the menu include “Freshly Squeezed,” made with vodka, St. Germain, and fresh strawberries; “Sun’s Out, Buns Out,” an old fashioned with Japanese whisky, canton ginger, cinnamon, and orange bitters; and the “Bye Fe-Lychee!”, a tiki-style cocktail with reposado tequila, sake, lychee puree, mint, and grapefruit juice.
