Located in Midtown Miami, Maty’s is a 150-seat Peruvian restaurant and bar opening on March 13th and run by Val Chang, the Miami-based chef behind Itamae and B-Side restaurants.
Maty’s is named after her paternal grandmother.
The menu will feature traditional Peruvian dishes like tiradito, ceviche, and pollo guisado tweaked with secret ingredients
