La Bottega del Maccherone

Gourmet pastas are made daily at La Bottega del Maccherone. With the slogan “Qualita’, passione e costanza,” Massimo and his wife Elisabetta uprooted to Florida from Italy in 2003 to create pasta delicacies for the American market.

“Quality, enthusiasm, and consistency,” in other words.They set out to accomplish this goal by opening two pasta factories in Florida. They resumed their progress the following year with the launch of The Pasta Guys, Inc. Specialty filled pasta with 13 new flavors.

All of the recipes, from the most traditional Italian fare to the more modern ones, are cooked from scratch using only natural, homemade-style processing and high-quality ingredients.

They now have their first storefront, La Bottega del Maccherone. Visit a one-of-a-kind Italian old-fashioned pasta store, where, just like in the good old days,they still make everything by hand.
