Calle Dragones, a Dinner Cabaret with Asian-Influenced Cuban Fare, Opens on Calle Ocho

Miami chef Luis Pous has fulfilled his dream of opening a restaurant that celebrates the glamorous times of pre-revolutionary Havana.

Calle Dragones, located in Miami’s Calle Ocho district, is named after a street in Havana’s predominantly Chinese neighborhood.

Nightly entertainment includes Spanish Fiesta Thursdays, Havana Tropical Nights Fridays, Salsa Disco Fever on Saturdays, and World Carnaval Day on Sundays.
