Our chefs were inspired by the Mediterranean-style food in the southeastern French region of Provence to make this hearty stew.

To make this dish, which is also called daube, we cook the beef in a sauce made with honey, vinegar, and sun-dried tomatoes. A good source of protein and iron.

We started out by teaching Michelin-starred chefs and supplying the world’s best restaurants with food. Now we’re selling our products to you at home, so you can make your own food.

In each serving, there are 19 grams of protein, 0 grams of trans fats, and 3 grams of saturated fat. They are also a good source of iron (15 percent ).
