The Rogue Panda serves the best plant-based Chinese food in Miami.
Even vegans need to indulge once in a while, and this new stall at Time Out Market serves meatless Chinese meals that would be suitable for a Jewish Christmas dinner at rates never before seen in the plant-based Chinese market. Although the menu at Rogue Panda is very tiny, since it is plant-based, you could theoretically consume the entire thing, feel completely satisfied, and, amazingly, not feel hungry an hour later.
Start with the Impossible pork dumplings in a star anise-heavy Szechuan sauce if you’re not up for that degree of vegan indulgence, and then move on to the Dan Dan Noodles with Impossible Pork Ragu, which is better than that chain with all the horse statues.
Order the Kung Pao Brussels, a fiery, fatty delight that elevates Brussels sprouts to new heights.
