Old Greg’s Pizza

In the Design District, Miami’s most Instagrammed weekly pizza pop-up is now a permanent fixture, providing pizza and other snacks without a reservation every Wednesday through Sunday. This version of Old Greg’s features seven different pies (Plain, ‘Roni, Shroomz, Veggie Supreme, Vegan Supreme, Rampz on Rampz on Rampz, and Lokal Kale & Tomato) in either square form or 18 inch rounds, baked in an oven that is significantly larger than the one that fit on Greg’s home kitchen countertop.

As an extra treat, there is a tiny appetizer menu called Snackies that offers meatballs, breadsticks, wings with polenta coating, and a light kale salad. And like any decent pizza joint, Old Greg’s also has a hoagie menu featuring chicken parm and oyster po’ boys.
