Back in 2015, owners Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez embarked on an adventure and fulfilled a lifelong ambition by opening a restaurant with a distinct menu concept, bold taste profiles, and an upscale but warm ambiance.
In order to follow their aspirations, Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez decided to move to Miami after spending a year dining in restaurants all over the world.
In 2017, the owners located their ideal spot in the middle of Wynwood and opened Le Chick.
