Antonio Bachour is a world-renowned pastry chef who is originally from Miami, Florida. He is the Executive Pastry Chef at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and has his own line of Antonio Bachour desserts sold in select Whole Foods Markets across the United States. Bachour began his culinary career at the age of 16 as a dishwasher in a Miami restaurant. He later attended Johnson & Wales University, where he graduated with honors. After working in several kitchens around the world, Bachour returned to Miami to open his own bakery, Bachour Bakery + Bistro.

Bachour’s unique and beautiful desserts have earned him accolades from some of the most prestigious culinary publications, including Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, and The New York Times. His work has also been featured on the Cooking Channel and the Food Network. In addition to his work in the kitchen, Bachour is also a talented artist, and his stunning sugar and chocolate sculptures have been exhibited in galleries across the United States.
